She is also the Country Manager for Japan and is a self-professed Japanophile. She enjoys eating and cooking so much that she graduated with honours in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore.

Food plays an important role during this event. Chinese people love auspicious things and food eaten during the Chinese New Year typically have symbolic meanings to them.
