Manuel has been been working for almost 3 years at BENEO in Offstein/Germany for the Nutrition Communication Department. He started as Nutrition Communication Support in 2021 and since the end of 2023 he is Manager Nutrition Communication. He has a Bachelor degree in Ecotrophology and a Master degree in Nutrition Science, both from the University of Giessen.
