Yoghatama Cindya Zanzer
My name is Yoghatama Cindya Zanzer. I joined BENEO as Manager of Nutrition Science in 2019. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Molecular and Clinical Nutrition from Lund University, Sweden and M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Biomedical Science from Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Spain. In my current role, I am responsible for leading, commissioning, and driving the science of BENEO’s ingredients. I collaborate with leading scientists and experts from around the world ensures that BENEO’s ingredients are backed by solid science. Additionally, I am an expert member of the International Life Science Institute (ILSI) European chapter, representing the BENEO/Südzucker Group. At ILSI Europe, I work alongside other industry and academic scientists to explore emerging nutritional science topics, such as the interconnection of the gut-brain-microbiota axis and precision nutrition.
