Welcome on Board – The Encounter
BENEO’s international onboarding programme, Welcome on Board, was held live for the first time in three years. Previously, during the pandemic, the WOB had only virtual sessions. The programme offered three days of insights into the different departments, product lines and factories of BENEO in Germany and Belgium and allowed colleagues from different countries to exchange ideas and try some of the products.

My first experience as flying reporter – Interviewing triathlete Austin Carter.

All aboard the BENEO flight.
In April 37 new BENEO colleagues were ready to board. It was the very first Welcome on Board session for new BENEO colleagues that joined the company in the past 12 months! The Welcome on Board (WOB) is an onboarding event with 8 sessions where the passengers learn all about BENEO. Due to the pandemic, it has been an online journey.

Charlotte Keulen graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor degree in Marketing at UCLL Hasselt. After that she obtained her postgraduate certificate in Digital Marketing. She gained experience in several marketing positions for the past 9 years and specialised further in digital marketing and copywriting. Since 2021 Charlotte became part of the Marketing Communication team of BENEO as a Digital Projects Manager.
