The Regional Workshop Americas 2022 in Panama City took us and our SNPs on an exciting journey to Nutrition and Health. Embarking on our two-day journey, we navigated the current challenges our industry is facing, sailed through the latest consumer trends and deep dove into sustainability. We set out for new horizons by looking at the latest investments in different product lines and were able to taste our new ingredients in trendy applications. Our journey also took us to the Panama Canal where we could see ships passing through the Miraflores Locks as well as to Panama City’s old town Casco Viejo for some Salsa dancing and a lovely rooftop dinner with Panama City’s modern skyline glimmering ahead. A lot of sharing of experiences, networking, learning and a lot of fun made this event a real success. Thank you to all participants for the positive energy on board!
Our European Regional Workshop took place end of April in beautiful Estepona, the ideal location to welcome our Sales Network Partners (SNP) from all over Europe as well as our commercial colleagues of BENEO. Dream, Connect, Win was the theme of the event. And for sure, we had lots of dreams, from all the investments BENEO is doing, the innovations being launched and even a full BENEO plant-based lunch prepared by Chef Pieter-Jan Lint. It was also very nice to connect again after 2 years of Covid and compete in our crazy Olympics. Our guest speaker Tanja Callewaert told us how to win through a Low GI, high fibre diet. Everybody was happy to be together again and ready to take all the new challenges to achieve the BENEO 2030 vision.
On 5 May, we conducted a 4-hour virtual Asia Pacific Regional Workshop with our Sales Network Partners (SNPs). It was a fruitful exchange between us and our SNPs, where we provided updates from various departments and our SNPs shared about market trends in Australia and New Zealand, China and Vietnam as well as the “Product of the Year” from many different regions. As inspiration is one of our corporate values, we are certainly inspired by our SNPs’ achievement during the challenging year as they continue to strive and obtain remarkable results. Finally, we also have a wonderful team working behind-the-scene to ensure the workshop runs smoothly. It was indeed a great team effort!
