All aboard the BENEO flight.
In April 37 new BENEO colleagues were ready to board. It was the very first Welcome on Board session for new BENEO colleagues that joined the company in the past 12 months! The Welcome on Board (WOB) is an onboarding event with 8 sessions where the passengers learn all about BENEO. Due to the pandemic, it has been an online journey.

BENEO’s “Journées Entreprise” in Oreye are back!
After two years without company events, the Journées Entreprise could take place again. It’s a yearly recurring company event at BENEO’s site in Oreye, Belgium. For the people onsite it’s an opportunity to meet colleagues from other departments that you don’t often see, to learn more about the company and current projects, and above all to have a good time with colleagues and share a delicious meal.

Do you like vegan food?
Earlier this year our colleague Freeke Sterckx was invited to join the Northern European team to visit chef Pieter-Jan Lint in his restaurant, Amaranth. The idea was to taste and develop vegan recipes that highlight the benefits of BENEO’s plant-based portfolio. It resulted in an exchange and many exciting recipes.

BENEO’s Regional Workshops 2022
This year our Regional Workshops took us and our Sales Network partners on exciting journeys to Panama City and Estepona. The Asian Workshop took place as a 4-hour virtual session. A lot of sharing of experiences, networking, learning and fun made all three events a real success.
